Repetition of practice

The scribbles and drawing out little stick figures for yoga sequences and class plans are part of my practice including; care for what I’m doing, continual growth and learning, integrating, and being very thoughtful and creative.

My scribbles and notes are the repetition of my practice.

It’s a creative mind and I’m free within my messyness.

Within the chaos, one can be completely carefree in the enjoyment and perfection with everything just as it is without making oneself wrong. Whatever it is that we are doing or involved in doesn’t need to look a certain way according to shoulds or expectations of self or others or based on old ideas and belief systems.

I’m sitting here at Glacier National Park, grateful for nature, the short moments meditation practice, yoga, and ease. Peace.✌️
