“I don’t have time for this,”

Have you ever listened to another person so attentively, being completely interested, not interrupting, not countering by sharing something similar in your experience, but instead totally allowed the space for the person to share their experience without saying anything about yourself?⠀

This is a powerful practice and a demonstration of resting naturally while listening deeply.⠀

Sometimes when I have impatience or annoyance energy arise while listening to someone else, or maybe my pet point of view, “I don’t have time for this,” I remember, I truly have all the time in the world, because our essence is timeless, all is well, there is time, the rest is made up and limiting. (More to share on that later)

I can rest naturally right here, relaxing body and mind in the moment, look into the other persons eyes and share their experience with them. I don’t need to add to it, or try to make anything better—listening and loving is enough.

I’m grateful for the powerful practice of resting naturally for short moments repeated many times until continuous.

OMAT, one moment at a time is a gift of golden benefit.👑✌️
