Whether you're well-versed in yoga and need support with specific postures or various meditation practices, or you're new to it all, these one-on-one private yoga and meditation sessions are designed specifically for you. I have over two decades of personal experience in yoga and meditation, which include practical/applicable meditation practices from an ancient Tibetan lineage. I offer guidance and coaching in sequences, postures, meditation and also can address unique challenges, be it with openings in the mind and heart or otherwise. I can also offer support with chronic pain, a journey I've navigated for over 14 years.
