Meditate and Dream
In this video, I offer guidance on starting and deepening a meditation practice, sharing some of the tips that have helped me over the years. I also touch on dreams and sleep, suggesting that waking up in the middle of the night can be an opportunity to meditate. We close by sitting together in quiet, listening to a beautiful rendition of OM Mani Padme Hum by Jane Winther (available on Spotify and other platforms). This practice is both instructional and grounding, an invitation to settle into our natural state of being and complete connection.
